As a dental practice, we collect and process health data of our patients. This data processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of medical care and treatment and is subject to dental professional confidentiality.

The legal basis for processing this particularly sensitive data is Art. 9 para. 2 lit. h GDPR in conjunction with Section 22 para. 1 no. 1 lit. b BDSG. The collected patient data is deleted or anonymized after the statutory retention periods.
